Found the source of my leak. WTF is this thing?

So my trans hose leak wasnt leaking. It was coming from higher up. What you are looking at is the "hanger" for my metal aux trans tube. It looks like it goes thru the oil pan, but the whole thing is loose. There is a nut that goes over, but the bolt swivels with the bracket. The nut wont seem tighten onto the lip of the oil pan. Any ideas how to tighten this?

If you want to do it right then cut it off with a dremel and drop your pan then extract the other half and replace the stud.

What i would do. Drain some of the fluid till it dont leak no more. Then clean that area real good . Then purchase some JB weld. Apply to area that is leaking. Let it cure usually 24 hours... ad your fluid and you will be good to go.
