Control Arm Bushing Question

The front end on my '01 is getting pretty sloppy at 52k miles. I am getting a little bit of uneven tire wear up front, and I get a pretty bad shimmy after hitting a bump. I want to tighten everything up and get an alignment before I mount my new winter tires. I haven't looked at ball joints or tie rod ends yet, but regardless I want new control arm bushings.

Some of you may be aware of a Jeep TSB #02-003-03 - Shimmy After Hitting a Bump. It suggests replacing the lower control arms with 5134988AA, the upper control arms with 5134989AA, and the upper control arm bushings with 5134990AA. Quadratech's website lists the the lower control arms as 52001162, the upper control arms as 52087711, and the upper control arm bushings as 52038025.

Local Discount Jeep Parts Supplier:

5134988AA Lower Control Arm $53.16
5134989AA Upper Control Arm $33.68
5134990AA Upper Control Arm Bushing $24.08

Total: $221.84

Quadratech:

52001162 Lower Control Arm $19.95
52087711 Upper Control Arm $21.95
52038025 Upper Control Arm Bushing $6.95

Total: $97.70

Why are the part numbers different? What's the difference?

Is there any reason not to use the complete control arms and the bushings from quadratech to update the bushings on an '01? The price difference is huge.

Thanks
