Do I need a new heater core?

On the passenger side of the engine compartment is a vent that comes from the heater core. Radiator fluid leaks out of that vent. Fluid does not leak into the passenger side of the interior, only from that vent. The heater does blow semi-hot but not nearly as hot as it should. The windows don't get all foggy from moisture as is common with a faulty heater core. could it just be clogged maybe?

there is only 1 source of engine coolant inside the cabin -- Heater core

You have a leak!

It's not that bad of a job to do -- more intimidating than anything else -- I just did one at earlier this winter
