Weak spark.

So I found out after testing/replacing and fixing many parts, bare wires, and countless other thing on my jeep that my no spark issue was due to a faulty pcm. Now my problem is the spark that I am getting is a weak spark(Orange,red color). Could this be because of a worn out ground strap at back of engine grounded to the body. I already cleaned off all the other grounds on the block and repaired wires.

What kinda Jeep ? Year and engine at the minimum, trans, transfer case, axles, and modifications if applicable to the questions.

Specifically, which of the "many parts" were replaced ? Have you tested the coil ?
