Where are these magical junkyards?
I see on here and other forums all the time that junkyards have 8.25 rear ends for around $100. Where are these junkyards? I have called no less than 5 this morning and they all want 500-550 for an 8.25!

Re: Where are these magical junkyards?
You're calling dismantling yards, you need go to a pick a part, where you take tools and pull it yourself.

Re: Where are these magical junkyards?
You are being lazy. YOu have to go look and pull yourself. If you expect to call and pick up.....expect to pay more.

Re: Where are these magical junkyards?
And don't even bother with the 8.25.
Might as well go with a 44 or 8.8. |

Re: Where are these magical junkyards?
Every time I've gone to PAP they not only charged me for every little thing attached to the part but they were just pulling prices out of their a$$'s and copped an attitude too! I haven't been back in a long time. I need a stock front bumper for my 95 XJ but don't want to deal with those clowns.
