Hello all,

So I just finished installing a Clayton Off-road 6.5 Long arm kit.
Also installed a new Currie Steering system
Rebuilt T-Case
Installed Crown SYE
Tom woods DS
New Steering stabilizer
and more.

Finally got it all put back together and it for the most part although it was a bear the installation went well.

To the problem.....
When driving I am hearing a slight grinding / vibration / rubbing.
The noise only seems to happen at low speeds
The noise seems to happen when the jeeps weight shifts
or the noise always happens when slightly turning in either direction.
No noise when making a hard turns just on slight turns.
The noise sounds like it is coming from the front.

What do you guys think?
any ideas?

Thank you so much in advance.

I am planning on changing the diff fluid in the next day or two.
Initial google search seems a lot of people change diff oil and noise goes away.

Thank you!

GW204. You were right!
It was in fact the front axle u joints.

I watched some online videos to view how to detect play and mine was very minimum but was enough to in fact cause the issue.

Also replacing the front axle u joints for whatever reason dramatically decreased driveline vibrations.

Thanks but all the credit goes towards Tim_MN. He's the one that pointed me in the direction of the u-joints.

Glad to hear you got it worked out.
