Go to Rubicon Express.com Or Jeepinoutfitters and look for the long arm kits. RE is a quality product for the money.

People bash rough country but I haven't seen any problems with their full leaf kits. Talk to Grimmus99xj he has helped me out with parts. We get a pretty good discount for members 10% or so.

Long arms are a bit longer... 
Long arms give you a better arm angle on higher lifts. Gives you longer travel and a better ride.
