tube stock homemade rockers

ive seen it on a couple jeeps, just wonderin how it is done, how do u weld in the tube stock steel to be used as rockers as seen in the pic i found of this jeep. any one have a diy thanks

I must say on a different note that I dig those flares and the Xj but find it funny that he has all that tail light protection but they have been completely destroyed.

2X on the flares, that's one double ugly[but functional] Jeep. Obviously not a poser. I've seen a thread on this mod a few months back. There's a pretty good writeup with pics.
