power door lock issue!

on my 99 xj sport. Its weird, sometimes when I press the lock/unlock button on either the remote, the pass or driver switch they all work but most of the time ONLY the pass side will lock and unlock. I just put in a new driver side master switch in and it did not fix the problem. Any suggestions?

The master switch is on the passenger side front, all of the doors are actually controlled from that one.
