I just wanted to say thank you to a few people for their time/effort in making NW Fest what it was. My son and I had a great time wheeling with some old friends and meeting a few new ones.

Dustin,
Thanks for your attention to detail and coordination, your position is a unappreciated one and I want to make it clear that I really appreciate your time and effort on this. Thank You!

Rod,
Your "games" that you have coordinated are really appreciated by many of us, even if they tend to get "out of control" by some. They have been well thought out and very educating for those who pay attention. Thank You!

John,
Dinner once again was excellent. Thank you for doing this again, it seems to be the "straw" that gets everyone back from the trails in a timely manner and gets everyone in one place to start the raffle. Thank You!

Trail Leaders,
Each of you took the time and responsibility to help provide support to each of us on the trails. This is much more important than most people realize or give you credit for. Thank you for your time and responsibility, I believe we all made it back safely to camp each night :yelclap:. Thank You!

Vendors,
Your donations, attendance, and support is wonderful. It is what allows us to build our vehicles into what each of us wants (none of them look the same or perform the same) and proves to each of us that you also are all "real" people just like each of us. Thank you for your contributions and support. Thank You!

Members,
We are what makes this event successful. Each of us are responsible for our actions, as a group sometimes it can be difficult to not let these get a little "out of control". Thank you for those who acted responsibly, payed attention to what was going on around you and who provided assistance and support to others that might have needed it. Thank You!

I know that many of you put in many long nights to be prepared for this event (in planning, coordination, and vehicle maintenance and upgrades). I hope that you all had a good time, made it home safely, and look forward to your next wheeling trip.

Thank You,
Michael

X's 2 thank you michael !!! the trail runs seemed to work out great this year. even though some had to be modifies slightly or ALOT due to conditions etc... i dont think the trails were near as clogged as last year. Very well thought out, Thank you !

Very well put, Michael.

Thank you to those who always offered a helping hand whether in camp, or out on the trail. Your help was greatly appreciated!

Thank you to all the trail leaders. Taking a group out under your wing is a big responsibility, and everyone did a great job.

Thank you to the vendors and sponsors who helped out with this years event. We had some great prizes to give out this year, and completely sold out of raffle tickets. I'm stoked to see what we can do for a land use donation at the end of the year.

Also, thanks to Rory from RADesigns, John and Larry from CRAWL, the Masterpull crew, Darren from Randy's Ring & Pinion, and Kris from Froehlich Suspension Technology for making it out to the event this year.

Thank you to John and Auburn Car Repair & Offroad for the Saturday night dinner. It's a lot of work cooking for that many people, yet you continue to support our event each year. Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who made it out this year. It's because of all of you we're able to keep this event going each year. I'm always blown away by the turnout each year brings, and it's amazing to see that many XJ's come together for one event.

Thank you TORX for the bug spray. And thank you ACRO for providing everyone with dinner on Saturday.

Thank you Darren for annoying me so much i went to whistling jacks for alcohol.

Thank you to the "Joe" camping behind my tent for the laughs at 2:30am thursday/friday Being told off by the people behind you was so hilarious.

Thank you Rich, for being "the master-pull douche bag with a motorhome" that ball-tapped that other dude. that provided alot of good entertainment.. (yes i have loose lips)

Thank you ken for scaring the living hell out of me when you did the Slalom course.. I thought i was one fat dead man for about 2.5 seconds..

Thank you ROD AND DUSTIN.. you guys did a phenomnomnomanal Job this year.. Hats off!

Thank you Master-pull for letting me win a XL shirt, because i would love to wear it, but i will have to be on 3 seasons of Biggest loser to fit into the damn thing.. Can i get a trade for XXL? lol

Thank you Auburn Car repair for one mighty good meal. Appreciate all the effort!

Thank you To who ever told me Kens occupation, It makes me glad i have my drivers license back.

Thank you Whistlin jacks, for Ass-raping me every time my 10mpg V8 needed fuel. But the free Pop cicle after my 4th fill up made it well worth it!

Thank you to everyone who showed up i had a blast and will be back next year.. If i havnt pissed off too many people...that is

EDIT: Thank you Micheal (2xtreme) for camping close to me, So i can sit and oogle over your towrig/trailer combo. I've wanted an excursion for awhile... now i want one in white..

Thanks to all who spent a lot of their free time to put this last weekend together.
It was great to meet everyone and see some great rigs. Now I know what I need for next year to do more than high range wheelin':). But I'll still trailer it so I can sleep in a camper instead of a tent.

Dustin and Rod, thanks for all of your efforts in putting this all together!

Michael, thanks for getting the trail runs organized!

Everybody else, thanks for showing up, and thank you for supporting Auburn Car Repair & Offroad!

John

What you all said.

I'd also like to thank the "really good fighter" for not being able to take a nut slap without crying like a bitch. It made everyone's night that much funnier and you gave everyone someone to make fun of for the whole weekend.

I'd also like to thank my diamond nipples for cutting leather. :)

I'd like to thank the kid that took a running punch at Rich's nuts.

Oh and also Rod and Dustin for putting up with every ones stupidity during the driving thing, it was alot of fun.

Thanks to Mike for keeping everyone warm around the fire(s). Thanks Randy's R&P for the locker, you should be getting an email in the next week or so. Spatial Minds thanks for the topo software, will be putting it to good use.

Thanks to EVERYONE that made this event happen.

And a HUGE thank you to anyone who made this weekend enjoyable/entertaining for the rest of us.

Thanks to John and everyone at ACRO for the dinner!

Thanks Michael for setting up the trail runs.

Thanks to Michael, Hans, Dustin, and Matt for helping me with my rig in my moment of weakness during the epic run.

Thanks Matt West for hooking straps to my bumper and getting me moving.

Thanks Larry for spotting me funny rocks.

Thanks to all those who lent a hand in getting my rig fixed over the weekend so I could continue to wheel, especially John for the advice to check the fuel pump to find what was the problem. And Brian (thethinginthewoods) for putting the lock ring back on the fuel pump for me after I struggled with it for hours.

And thanks to our sponsors for allowing the raffle to do so well and for me to win some prizes!

~Scott

Thank you all for NWFest!!! This year was good!

And thank you brown dog for the motor mounts for mine and my girls rig, that's sweet!

yep, i'm glad that i could come out.
thanks to NAXJA and the NWChapter's members for being good people!

Thanks go out to pretty much everyone that showed up!

I owe a big thanks to Ken & Karl, our trail leaders for the event. Thanks for helping me take care of my broken parts and escorting me down to the road when I was in 3-wheel drive. Thanks to Joe & his co-pilot Jason for being excellent co-campers, sharing laughs & stories, and putting up with mine and Johnny-pockets drunk arses.

Rich- thanks again for the laughs and "thethinginthewoods mama" riffs. She says to put those nuts on ice.

I especially owe a big thanks to Ray, Zach & Steve for the spare axle shafts & u-joints, since I forgot to bring my own at the last moment. Scott also let me borrow his u-joint press, which was much faster than using my traditional 6" c-clamp.

Dustin, Rod, Michael & others- Thanks for putting in so much effort into keeping this event and chapter organized!

ACRO- thanks for another delicious BBQ feast.

Masterpull- you guys are great, that's all I gotta say.

Thanks to all the campers that "enjoyed" our drunk walkabouts in the middle of the night. You guys from Oregon managed to get me tangled up in some sort of perimeter trip-wire contraption and Darren got away with my phone in his center console! Johnny-pockets (A.K.A. Kyle) made his presence known and proved that nobody can store as many beers in their pcockets as he can. I think his record for stashing a consumed bottle and opening another was 2 seconds.

Last, I wanted to thank the Yakima county sheriff who decided to give me a $124 ticket for no doors. At least he didn't mention the severly cracked windshield, busted-ass fender flares, too much mud, and other minor issues...

Big thanks goes out to Ray's nephew Johnny for helping pull raffle tickets, and hunt for lost darts on the TC course. You were a big help Johnny, and I hope you can make it out again next year. (<- pass the message on Ray)
