What To Do : Vacuum Harness's Discontinued ?

I've got a '95 4.0 auto with 173K miles on the clock . Just recently picked it up.

I see that the vacuum harness (53006235) from the intake to the fuel pressure regulator is cracked pretty bad at both molded 90 degree elbows. It appears this harness isn't gettable anywhere .

What do you guys do about this? Making those sharp bends with bulk vac tubing looks next to impossible . Or am I wrong about that?

I would imagine you can get generic barbed elbows of the right size somewhere.
