Cig lighter and radio stopped working. Based on websearches, I checked fuse 2, 9 and 15 all have something to do with radio operation. Have wiring diagram that shows both radio and cig lighter are on same "circuit". How do I diagnose from wiring harness to radio and cig lighter. Should I use a tone generater to trace wires?

Factory radio, or something Bubba wired up ?
Start with a basic visual inspection of the wire connections, wire plugs, and wires. Perform continuity testing and voltage testing with a volts ohms multi-meter. Confirm 12 volts power and ground.

You checked the fuses, but did you check the fuse sockets with a meter to make sure that there's actually 12V on each of those?
