ironman shackle relocator smittbilt bumper interferance?

Got iron man shackle relocators installed, and got a smittybilt rear bumper tire carrier ordered, (for friends XJ, a christmas present) the bumper is backordered. but looking at the smittybilt bumper mount bracket, which bolts to underside of the frame, it might interfer with the shackle relocator.

Has anyone experience with these two products, and know if they interfer or not?

I suppose we can get a different mount bracket, I made some for my XJ that slip inside the frame, but what of the smittybilt mounts that bolt under the frame, will they hit the iron man relocator, specifically the shackel bolt and nut which extends from the relocator.
