Those Ford yellows are rated 19#@39psi and the the brown top injectors in your '93 are rated 21#@39psi. I'm sure the pcm can adapt to use 10% smaller injectors while driving in closed loop and part throttle below 3Krpm, but when it goes to OL during >75% throttle input those injectors won't give enough fuel(lean) unless you have a map adjuster to bump up the voltage some.
I have them in my 95 with no problems. No spark knock or anything. I even passed CA smog with them in so it wasn't running lean in normal driving conditions. I did just add the upgraded pressure regulator that is recomended for use with them and it didn't seem to make any difference.
