help me choose a cam

Help me pick a cam for a 97 4.0L. being droped into an xj. Mod's are 31" tires, 3.5 lift, K&N cold air intake, 99+ intake manifold, high flow exaust. Will be adding bored throttle body, spacer and new injectors. vehicle will have a lot of hiway time. Should I stick with stock or is there a better choice?

What are you looking to get out of a cam?

I have basically the same question, I have a 95 with header/full exhaust and will be doing the 99 manifold swap along with boring the TB and would like to do some minor porting and add a cam. I want more power for in the sand.

3.5" lift with 31's also.
