transmission upgrade/issue

Hi guys,

Over the last few days I swapped in a Lower mile gearbox and while I was at it I installed a transgo shift kit SK 340. (probably not the best idea as the box wasn't tested unmodified)

Situation I have now is I have reverse and no forward gears. I can hear the revs pick up a little when shifting into D but no drive at all.

what do you guys think? the forums here in Australia are ver limited in their knowledge when it comes to transmissions.

I'm planning on testing the solenoids first up..

Unplug the tcu and put it in 1. Bypasees solenoid.

Sounds like a bad shift kit install though.

Yep sounds like I’ve made a mistake somewhere along the install of the kit.

Does anyone have any resources on this kit? Or on the valve body for an aw4?
