I'm sure all it is, is a resister that changes the signal and boosts the fuel intake. It makes the computer think its colder outside than it realy is, or something like that. You can google it and find lots of info. You can go to radio shack and get a pack of resisters for a buck and do the same thing. You will use more gass though.
