D44 disc swap

i went from a drum D35 to a D44 w/disc, disc' are from 93-95 crown vic. question- anyone have any leads on new Ebrake cables cuz the C-vic i fear are too long, but yet is a special application for the Ebrake to the mounting plates that the calipers bolt to as well! hmm, how to effectively shorten the cable and make it work with stock XJ connections to E handle. thanks

I don't see how too long is a problem but connecting them to the stock parts can present a challenge.

too long means more crap to stash! lol, maybe just bind one to the other with a set of lil U bolt cable binders? HMMM!

Hey TJ........try doing a search for a Rubicon. They have dana 44's with rear disc brakes. I bet you can find em at a local parts store. Here are some NAPA part numbers for a 2004 ----UP 96158, UP 96157.
Don't forget to shop around this time. Maybe even try reno auto wreckers on 4th st.

Summit has these:
TeraFlexManufacturer's Part Number004304169

It says they are 3" longer then stock to work with a lift kit. $43.95 ea.

Nice scott! but befor i buy im goin to measure under mine to be sure, ya know the TJ is a bit shorter than the XJ.
