Wiper delay?

Hi,
I need to get a my delay for my wipers working. Wipers work in low and high, but that it. Is there a module that controls that?

If so, where is it located, as I am heading to the parts yard!!

Well, on a 92 yes there's a module and it's velcroed under the dash just left of the steering wheel. The connectors attach to both sides of the box and are such that they fit together so they still function without the delay module, but of course with no delay.
