I have a complete Synergy Suspensions 3 link long arm kit on XJ Cherokee Platform and Dana 44 built (5.13 gears) axle configured for XJ platform including the following parts:
Front Synergy subframe brackets that bolt or weld on.
3-link arms (2 lower, 1 upper) Chromolly with Johnny Joints on both ends.
Rear leaf spring pockets that are weld on, (prevent unibody tearing).
5.5" Rubicon Express leaf springs for XJ.
Skyjacker front lift springs for XJ.
Poly bump stop spring inserts for XJ.
2" Synergy greaseable shackles for XJ.
2 Bilstein 5100 shocks (rear), length & valving for the Synergy kit.
Dana 44 SJ (60.5" WMS to WMS), 5x5.5 bolt pattern built axle with Synergy brackets welded on, limit strap tabs, shock mounts & control arm brackets pre-configured for Synergy 3 link XJ.
Mini spool, Warn lockout hubs, 30 spline inner shafts, CTM U joints, 5.13 gears, Solid armored diff cover, trussed inner C's, heavy wall 2 3/4" axle tubing. F150 rotors, small bearing hubs & full size Modine F series brake calipers, ALL Full size truck parts, no TJ D30/44 stuff here.
Rubicon Express D44 upper control arm mount and bridge (new in box) thrown in in case buyer wants to convert to a 4 link suspension system.
Heavy duty Synergy front adjustable track bar (panhard rod) and heavy duty frame crossmember mount for frame stiffening & mounting.
RuffStuff heavy duty 1-ton crossover high-steer system, heim joints with safety washers for on-road use and HD pitman arm mounted to Chromolly heavy wall tubing.
Machined flat-top knuckles.
Parts Mike flat-top arms & mounting hardware.
This is a bolt-in axle when used with the supplied Synergy Suspensions XJ kit.
RuffStuff unibody frame stiffeners for XJ Cherokee 3/16" thick.
New all this was well North of $5000
Many parts are new, some run 1 season.
$2950 takes it all! Will separate the Dana 44 axle and suspension if there is sufficient interest in the Synergy suspension kit or axle individually.
Both my XJ's are gone, time to move the last of the spare parts I have been hanging on to.
