Should be on the intake plenum, on the side. It looks like a flying saucer on a little pedestal, and (I think...) it's just forward of the throttle body.
Replacing it, or deleting it?

deleting it to see if it is causing some misfire...stumbling...backfire at upshift. thaks for the help.

cap off the port going to it on the EGR solenoid as well-- it'll be a vacuum leak anytime the EGR valve would have been open otherwise.
