i have a tcase out of a manuel shift xj on my aw4, and the speed sensor dont seem to work what do i need to do to fix this???

i have a 93, i believe the t case is out of a 93 manuel trans xj.
the sensor i put in i took out of a 242 21 sline so i think its the wrong one
