Ground point for blower motor?

Hi, the blower recently started cutting out intermittently in my 94 XJ 2-door. I checked almost all the connections to it and they seem fine, but I can't figure out where it's grounded to the chassis. The FSM says it's grounded to the "right side shield", which should be the passenger-side inner fender wall, but I can't find it. It's not connected to the same ground point as the negative battery terminal.

Can anybody point out where that ground point is?

My copy of the 1995 FSM says left (drivers) side fender behind the engine computer. Connector G105 if you look in section 8W-90. Should be a wire that comes out of the harness to a sheet metal screw into the fender.
