Interior structure question

One of many projects, I'm replaceing the floor pans. I've already cut out the driver side and moving to the passenger side. Underneath the rear seat are two cross pieces that go from the rocker to the tunnel. These had to be cut out along with the floor pans. I didn't necessarily do a clean job in removing these two pieces(1st mistake), and I can't seem to find replacements(should have checked first). Does anyone know what these pieces are called and where I can find them? Are they structural? Could I just fab new ones?

Aftermarket repair panels are mostly limited to rear quarter panels, rocker panels, floor pans, and door bottoms.

You can either have the junkyard supply you a used original part, or you can fab your own.
