anyone rebuilt engine on 8N Fords?

this is going to be my winter project with my dad. Would like some info if anyone has done this- maybe like a rebuild kit, where to get it, how labor intensive? Last year we completly restored it- looks wonderful... runs but not as good as it should be

Never done one myself but have a bud up north who is a total motor nut. He said those are easy motors and the kits are everywhere. Check this out
