wierd hinge

ok i'm wantin to have my doors removeable wen the summer comes back around, but my hinge on my 98 is diff from my old 98 , my 97 all i had to do was cut the bottom off but this other hinge is diff, any one know what i'm talking abou n how i could fix my problem? i'll try to get a pic tomarrow if it'll help

Drill out the big center pin and put a removeable one in.
