2015 Cherokee Crawl Registration
It's time y'all!
Please click the link below to take you to the 2015 Cherokee Crawl Registration form. We are requesting payment via PayPal, and after totaling your balance on the form, it will connect you directly to the PayPal site to complete your application. This online form will close on June 10, 2015, in order for us to complete swag orders based on paid registrations. If you prefer to pay by check, you may do so, however that check must be received by the SEC Treasurer prior to the June 10 registration cut off. Please PM me for mailing address. Any registrations that are filled out on line, but not paid for prior to June 10 will be voided and you will need to do your registration in full on site at Black Mountain on July 1 or 2. This year, we are going to do the raffle dinner at the pavilion at the camp ground and will be hiring the Harlan County Coal Burners, a professional competition BBQ team to cook for the event! We are hearing that there is some interest in people attending to ride the trails, but do not have any interest in registering for the event.
If you do not register and pay the associated fees, you will not be allowed to participate in the chapter related events (raffle, meals..etc). Period. This is the only way to keep it fair to everybody who is paying to support the club and this event. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to PM myself, Cottontail, or Lowrange2.

The registration will close TOMORROW at 9:00 pm CT. If you wait until after that, the registration will be closed.
