Removing XJ Chrome Window Trim?

Need to carefully remove the chrome window trim from one early Cherokee and reinstall on another (not mine). I'm sure there has to be a trick to it as to not ruin the pieces. This is the side window surrounds.

You can pry them off by hand. Just go slow and dont pull the part of it that is already off that could cause it to bend.
