They may be the same 3/16 but the finished product feels much beefier in hand.
Gota give props to the impact. I've only found a few bolts it wont rip out and I use it alot. It easily knocked out each shakle I did manage to take out the rear brake line. Ugh guess I needed a longer one anyways ![]() ![]() ![]() Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |

I feel the bumper is doing pretty well actually as its dropped off a few ledges and took some hits.
Bumper ties back to the frame where fender lands on it. ![]() Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |

The body/lens gaps don't seem the same but I have never seen any pics of your actual bumper mounts. From this pic I have to assume you plated around a class 3 hitch because of the receiver height and no access to the factory bumper bolts.

In your PM, you never explained the "backbone" of your set-up and why the receiver is mounted so low?

Bumper is built around a reciever. I haven't taken the reciever tube of because it doesn't hang lower than the fuel tank. I've also thought I might tow with it. And it's a fair amount of work to remove it.
The shackles gave me 2" of lift and are near vertical. Been measuring and i think relocating down 2" or to just clear frame with shackle bolt and forward 1.5 will get another inch ish of lift and improve angle Have it built in my head . Now gota make it happen with .25 plate. Doing this will allow the 3" lift block to be removed ![]() Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |

Well have one box in.
Angle kinda figured out. Not sure I like these shackles. May build a set ounce done to adjust ride height. Pulled blocks my eyes popped both lift block center pins were sheared Wondering about a heim in upper shackle position this would make an adjustable length shackle with lots of misalignment. Is this ever done? ![]() ![]() ![]() Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |

Anak.
Thank you for the response I'd not seen those before. Pretty dang slick. I've got flat stock springs and was setting up for 45deg shackle angle but that angle only provides drop as spring at ride height is already as long as it gets Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |
