Unsteady idle and lower MPG

Still chasing down the cause of an unsteady idle (not really bad but 'bouncy') and about 3-4mpg lower gas mileage on my reman'ed (Jasper) motor. So far I've replaced the TPS and the IAC (with spares I had already) and using a bluetooth ODB2 reader swapped out my upstream O2 sensor based on a test indicating it was switching slow.

Nothing so far has had an effect. Other things to note is that I did do the Neon injector swap about a year before needing the new motor and one of those injectors wound up being bad, which I replaced.

What else should I be checking? Exhaust restriction? Vacuum leak? I had tried checking for one with an unlit torch but didn't come up with anything, but again before the motor swap.
