Extreme displacement OBA

The recent thread about pulling the injector wiring to save MPG's reminded me of the the old "spark plug" air set-up,"talk about some massive air on my old 360".

I should have one around here,havent even seen mine in about 20 in years!

LOL, am I missing something? This sounds like something interesting to read

I am gonna guess that in a newer engine this would throw a code, misfire, random misfire, whatever. disconnecting injector plug, CPS thinking there is a misfire, one less power stroke each RPM...
granted it would probably air up quickly, but at what cost?
