97 XJ electrical issue

Hi

I started my jeep today and I have assorted electrical not working. Just diving into this but i thought I would post the stats to see if anything jumps out to anyone as I start to look at this...

Vehicle starts

meters and dials (speed,cooling etc) - yes
Headlights - yes
Brake lights - yes
blinkers - no
dash fan - no
radio - no
emergency blinker - no
wipers - no
back wiper - no
defrost - no
Dome light - yes
Cig lighter - yes

Ideas ?

Sooo....

I started measuring voltages on all the fuses under the hood and found a couple with no voltage, so I started the vehicle to check those and everything just started working , GRR.

So is all of this controlled by a relay somewhere that I need to replace now ?

Did you look the ignition switch and wiring and the plug to the ignition switch ?

I have not looked at the ignition switch, but does that not just pull a relay ?

I had to replace a relay last year so am thinking others may be going too.

You wished, it's a 8 terminal switch that supply's multiple items.
