I have 8 or so nato cans in assorted condition bouncing around my garage. free to go a good home but you have to take all of them.
1 appears to have some old fuel in it. 1 has new fuel in it. i don't think I have a spout for them anymore - we used them to haul extra fuel to races and refill the quick dump cans. most are green. one is blue and has only held water. when last used none of the caps leaked even if stored on their sides.
