Keep blowing fuse #11- run/start ignition, daytime running lights

Just like the title says, I keep blowing fuse #11 in the kick panel fuse box. It only does it on hard right turns though. When it started doing it, it would just stall the jeep on the turn, then it would restart itself and keep running. Now, it stalls the jeep, pops the fuse, and pops every replacement fuse that I throw at it. I know that I'm just going to have to trace the wires and find the short, but I was wondering if anyone had any idea on where I should start? What all does this circuit power? Anyone else have a problem blowing this fuse?

I was also wondering if maybe a bad ignition switch could cause this problem? Thanks for the help guys.
