I installed a Ramsey REP 8.5e winch a few months ago. Installation was fairly straight forward and not too hard (about 6 hrs.). I was able to retain my stock front bumper in the stock location. I don't have pics of the completed installation yet. I was hoping to install a WARN 9.5 XP in place of the Ramsey, but it came too close to my steering box. It would have meant moving the welded mounts so I decided not to install it. It WILL fit in that location and is a tight fit. Carful measuring is the answer. I have decided to sell the winch and keep my (slow) Ramsey. Cost new $1000 - asking $800.
