Squeek when in 4wd

Im getting a squeeking noise from the front end while accelerating in 4WD or going down a steep hill...goes away when you let off...mostly noticable at slower speeds in 4lo. Im thinkin dry u-joints...anyone else?

i would say u-joints in the front d-shaft my 89 had the same problem try greasing the joint and see if that helps if not i would say pull the shaft and check for roughness in the joints.
