wont start but cranks

my jeep has many thing going on. when i leave key in the on position the asd relay makes noise the ac cluth grabs and lets go the fan turns on and off. the check engine light is on the code is p1694. when i try to start my jeep it just cranks. i replace the relay and nothing changed.

Google Jeep P1694 and read some of the threads. Some suggest loose or bad ground wire connections, a blown fuse or loose/damaged/corroded wires for the O2 sensors, or loose/damaged/ corroded wires at the ECM under the hood.
