As with any President, in the later part of your presidency you have to think of your legacy. And mine will be a local XJ/MJ directory. So I want to set up a thread like the Readers Rigs in the Picture Showcase, but for local members and guests.

have you any closeup pixs of your D44 hydro steer front end?

- did you design the high-steer setup and the hydro steer or did it all come as a kit from someone?
- I am interested in what you used for high steer top knuckles, rod ends, etc. on that D44?

Been a while since I've been here and I figured I'd give you all a little update.

My trusty xj is no longer, I parted it and began a nearly year long process of building a 90 wrangler...

Started with this-


Ended up with this-


A couple of pics from Reiter trails-




Drivetrain-renix 4.0, AX-15, 231 crawl box/2speedSTak, Tom Woods Driveshafts, full width locked 60's w/35 spline alloys and 42x14x17 IROKS on Allied 32 bolt beadlocks.

Suspension-106"wheel base, Waggy leafs up front w/shackle reversal/flipped xj's out back. Bilsteins on all four corners.

The rest-there is still a lot to do but its wheel able at this point...Need rear corners , tube fenders, stinger and headlight halo's, seats and harnesses, tie cage into frame and herculine tub. Not much left of the xj, hope I can still hang out with ya'll from time to time. Joe
