6:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Visit the Pavilion to get your registration packet and t-shirt and sign up for your Friday and Saturday departures.

**Anyone not registered for the event needs to register and pay on Wednesday or Thursday prior to the Friday runs.
**These are the only times we will be doing registration. If you don't make it over during these times, you will need to seek out Tim Nolan for your packet, shirts, and BBQ tickets.
