Here it is boys,
For those who upgrade, and need to adapt the TB to the Renix sensor. I have done the hard work, and come up with an adapter for the HO TB to Renix TPS.
You need to source longer screws and spacers. The part below is 3D printed out of ABS, or you can CNC it, or cast it in Aluminum if you have those skills. ABS is fairly thermal stable up to about 150c so engine bay temps should be fine.
TB Side : Slot goes over the butterfly shaft where the HO TPS used to mount.
Renix Side : Hole goes over TPS arm Screw to keep everything aligned. Arm goes under TPS lever for actuation.
PM Me for the .Zip with the .STL and .OBJ files.... No attachments sucks...
