Well need some help. I recently installed a motor out of a 94 wrangler into my 92 jeep cherokee 5-speed. The motor had 60,000 miles on it and we put it in had to get the timing right before it would crank then finally got it going. I have a high idle now for some reason its always at about 1100-1300 rpms just sitting there not in gear at a stop light. my question is there any way you can adjust the idle, or u think any other promblems, tps? Need some help.

Thanks

Matt

The first two things that come to mind are the physical linkage to the throttle and the Idle Air Sensor. Either of those could give you the high idle. Did you reuse your 92's throttle body and sensors or use those off the Wrangler?
