99 xj to me drop unresponsive throttle then it kicks back on

They found another code that was the clock spring also. I have recently replaced this with a new one could this cause an issue

we took the TPS off this morning and it was fairly wet, theres a hole other ordeal on why. the jeep drives but randomly looses power for a couple seconds then its back like nothing ever happened.

I bought a new TPS today which ill try tomorrow.

when that happened to mine it was my upstream O2 sensor, did not throw a code for one. it would happen only 1 time per start, and was random, hit the gas pedal, hesitate for a second or 2 then come to life, and would not happen again till the next time i started the jeep. mine was damaged because of a drive shaft issue, i replaced it and it fixed my random stumble.
