I am not sure what you mean here. I also don't know what head I have.

A little research helps I guess - it appears I need new o-rings and you can individually buy them at NAPA.

She lives! Got her started up last night. Shot straight to 2k RPMs and held there. I searched for a vacuum leak for a few minutes until I realized my throttle cable clip on top of the valve cover wasn't in the bracket all the way. Problem solved.

I will definitely have to get used to the added harshness of the motor mounts. Definitely not OEM but it feels more "connected" when driving for sure. Just a bit of vibration at idle.

So far, not a drop of PS fluid or antifreeze in the driveway

Dang it!! Spoke too soon. This is power steering fluid.

Can't figure out where it is coming from. The return hose is wet but it's not dripping from there. It's coming from the same spot it was before I replaced it. Dropping down from right above where the lower radiator hose clamps to the water pump.

Lots of updates since the last post. Nothing too crazy, just some needed updates.

Lost the tire carrier, changed the door trim to something more robust, added a stubby front bumper and some EBay lights.

Replaced the rear main, cleaned up 350k worth of grime and oil, replaced the oil pan gasket with a fel-pro. Also going to swap in my lower mileage D30 while I'm at it.

More updates, went with the B.Lees 3-link, swapped in my lower mileage Dana 30, and threw 1 more inch under the front. Oh, and 'Merica stickers!

Gotta get longer brake lines to flex it out, but here's a glamour shot.

Thanks - I picked the wheels and tires up second hand, but they're ion alloy 15x8 and I believe 3.5" back spacing. They're like these:

Perfect thanks, I have the iON 171's waiting to go on. So that's exactly the backspace I will be seeing. iON marks them as 3.44 BS, not sure why QT rounds up.
