Help with Broken 4 Low

My 4 low will not enage. I have no problems with 4 high, but everytime i put it into 4 low it slips out of gear and i hear a loud grinding noise. Can anyone tell me why this might be. Also if anyone in Jacksonville wouldn't mind taking a look at it and letting me know what I need to do.

Your linkage needs adjusting..search for it, it has been talked about a lot.
