Not necessarily. Roll steer is dependant on arm length and roll angle axis. Roll angle axis is helped with less angle on the arms. Those arms are fairly level and very long so it shouldn't be an issue.
 
I really dig the attention to the tru-holes on all of the bracing work, Taking the time for that detail is excellent, Even when it is not necessary to be done or there is a equally strong, easier way to do it, Just shows the time and skill/pride in that build. Keep the pics coming.
