Yeah it is hidden behind the front fender. The cage is bolted through the roof behind the backseat. I'll get a pic of the inside cage work. I'm 6'3" so there isn't any work in the front area. I didn't want to be banging my head....

I have had a couple people ask about the way the cage connects. Hopefully these pics help a little more. The cross tube is welded to the body and then a 1/4" plate that runs the length of the back end where the outside cage connects to. My biggest concern when building this cage was to make sure if I did roll that my kids would be protected. So far so good. I do plan on adding more to it but a little at a time....

Finally got Jorjigirl's jeep out of the driveway and onto the trails. Thanks again Dave!! 93 auto, RE 4.5, 4.56s, ARB D30 up front, 8.25 W/Auburn LSD(tight) out back, quick discos, sliders, RE HnT with matching drivelines. JCR rear bumper with swingout tire carrier, 32x11.50s ATs. Perfect for her up in the foothills. This ain't no girly jeep either. All Maintenance/Upgrades are being done by her so she will know her jeep inside and out. She can't wait to wheel with more XJs.. Yes, i am proud!!

She loves the attention but hates the question "Is that your boyfriend's or dad's jeep?". lol

Haha I'll bet!

She needs a massive sticker that says "yes, it's mine"

Figured I would add my rig here. I am currently stationed in NC but I will be in Bridgeport/Coleville for the next four years starting next month.
