Fuel injectors keep firing

I recently put a new Comp Cams cam, clearwater big valve head, and 4 hole injectors in my 2000 xj. My problem no is that when the key is in the on position with the engine off the injectors continue to fire.

Are you describing that the PCM keeps sending injector pulses to the injectors, or do you mean the injectors are dribbling ? Do they now, or did the stock injectors do the same thing ?

The stock injectors had a dribbling issues i replaced them with a set of 4 hole injectors. Now the fire when the key is in the on position. Pcm is only about 2 years old and all the grounds were supposed to have been replaced about a year ago.
