Tube doors are done, New track bar is done. Just save money for gas & deside how i a going to pack up my Heep.

New list:

Build a roll cage

All I have to do is install my front 44. Finish off the drag ling and track bar, which means cutting to the right length and welding them up. Then measure for my front drive line and have it cut down to fit. For some reason it seems to help to have a front driveshaft if you want the front end to help out when in 4-Hi or 4-Lo. Go figure! Then install my skid plate under the t-case and possibly get new shoes for the XJ. (2 of the four are down to the wear ridges and the other 2 aren't much better. But i might be able to get a decent spare out of the set. My current spare is starting to dry rot)

44's done except I still need to get the driveline cut down, get the toe-in set and fix the chamber problem on the left side (parts should be here soon for that). Then wheel it :woohoo:

ohh yeah and i wanna try to make mounts, paint and install my roof rack, try to find a full size spare for cheap, and get longer bump stops for the front (one broke off)

Txt you, depending on tire size I may have a spare you can use.

Side note, might want to turn off your tapatalk sig, its against the NAXJA TOS.

Get longer shocks.
Get my front d/s cut to the proper length.
Install my stock t-case skid. (better than nothin that I have right now)

Mine just changed to include a motor swap.

Motor swap
99 intake
Aftermarket exhaust manifold
703 injectors
Bored throttle body and spacer
New water pump
Dirtbound fans with shroud
Fitchbox for lighting
Dc inverter
Mount my 31s
Install lift
Swap axles
Install cb
Rad designs shifter install

Most of this has to happen in one weekend. Thank god fo the wife and kids being gone for four days.

HA - I actually don't have to have all of it done - The water pump is more of a precautionary due to high mileage. the pinion seals can wait but if I can get someone who has done it before that would be sweet. I have already painted my front bumper and will re-install it tonight. Gonna start repainting the rear tonight and the tire carrier. Once they are done I am hoping to get the lower qtr panels cut and folded this weekend so I can get the corners on.

Man - that is a lot isn't it..... LOL

From what I recall: Dana 30 and Dana 44 both use shims instead of crush sleeves so you can just tighten the pinion nut back to 220 ft-lbs with some Loc-tite. I think the C8.25 and Dana 35 use crush sleeves so you need to tighten and measure the spinning torque.
