My jeep build with photos over the last few years.

Awesome. I thought we were going to break the body in on the rocks and trees.

Of course I get another black one to show absolutely every flaw, like NV pin striping.. I'm sure my gang will try to lead me thru the willows first chance they get. Ain't happening, I'm old enuf to take the raz for turning back.

With paying attention to rim offset I'm betting you could end up within 1 inch of your current track width....

You stating 5 inches wider must mean you're thinking jk44 or ford 44.... can't think of anything else that width and driver drop... AFAIK any 60 starts at 68 wms and grows to around 72...

I was on the hunt for a jk 44 for about a year but never found the right deal... I think nowadays I'd be more apt to go the ford 44 if I swapped....

Seat is kinda in. I've been in and out trying to decide on height. As pictured i really like the position but clutch feels aqward. So tomorrow will lower it 1.5" or 1" and maybe bolt it in. Also need to make a seat belt extension thats DOT approved.

This seat is very comfortable I'm excited to get out on the trail to see of its comfortable after a few hours.

Where i have the seat a 6ft persons head would probly touch or even 5 10. Lol

The seat base will get some gussets and probly a couple bars tieing across the base.

It does take alittle more effort to get in over the sides but not bad now that I've trained myself to get in without hanging on steering wheel.

I'd sure hate to see what you would do to a 2DR mount!!!

Im sure fubar it just as much or worse than this rocker. The pivot forward is pretty cool.

I made the latch clean and simple but the mount itself is a bolt-on.

Thats pretty cool, specially in a 2dr.

I just got finished. Lowerd alittle with DOT seat belt extension and is all bolted in. Going to for for a ride. Probably spend a few hours in it today

Didn't do any painting cutt off excess metal and rounded all corners. Then test fit and bolted it on.

I am curious to see this and get a sense of how it fits.

Height is an issue for me. I am about 6' 2", and The Varmints are on their way to being a bit taller than that.

I don't see any provisions for the lap belt?

Holy tall.
I can bring the jeep that way.

Thanks slow

I spent an hour in it today no rough stuff just gravel rds and pretty smooth rds. Seat feels secure seat definitely keeps me in place.
Feels firmer than the stock seat but can feel it move when i purposely hit pot holes, acasional floating sensation .
Much more comfortable than the broke down factory seat.

I do like lumbar and this seat has none. I didn't get the lumbar option. Research said its liking pumping up a egg in your back

I'm very thankful this seat is bolted to a rocker. If it was fixed brackets I'd spend the next year cutting brackets off and adjusting tilt back.

Pics from the drive today someones gotta share some bloody deer pics.

Debating heading out at the butt crack of dawn or sleeping in tomorrow.

Running a RCP approved lap belt provision. Its actually in the pics if you look. Is actually functional and bolted secure as a guy like me can secure a thing

I'm talking about cut-outs in the seat for belts!
FH000021_zpsnqxkkgvi.jpg

I'm alittle petwerb about the seat cut outs not being finished on the inner layer. Though it was my fault
I didn't understand a few of the options on the online build sheet. Still don't. I highly suggest calling prp direct to make a order.

For some reason i didn't do the proper foot work and give this $470 prp seat the attention it needed. I needed to call vendors, prp, end users learn everything i could for a few more months then make a informed decision with purchase.
This seat is a single coilover shock that i didnt value as such.
