The kid wrung our newest Jeep's drivers door around a pine tree. It is shot :(

How much PITA to swap functional power windows/locks into a manual style door? I need tips & hints

Momma hasn't had the Jeep 24 hours & Jr TKO'd it...the rascal!

The Curse of the Colorado Red continues.

it's alot of drilling rivets, but the holes are there for everything.

if you're going to be adding the power locks too, thats more of a pain because the linkage is hard to reach.

if the power locks are already in the door, swap the entire door harness from the old door.

I replaced all the rivets with carriage bolts and nylock nuts. don't use anything that can vibrate loose. of they come off the motor housing, the motor can hit the window when shutting the door and end up breaking the glass (ask me how I know that  )
